Opening hours and response times

Our office and workshop are open Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, and closed on Sunday. Enquiries received during working hours are normally answered the same day. For existing rental and AMC clients with a device down, our target on-site response anywhere in the UAE is four hours — call the number above rather than emailing, so the job goes straight to a technician.

Where we cover

We deliver, install and service across all seven emirates from our Sharjah Industrial Area 11 base: Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain — including the free-zone business parks at JAFZA, SAIF Zone, Hamriyah and Dubai Airport Free Zone.

What to tell us

To quote accurately we need three things: roughly how many pages you print a month, the black-and-white versus colour split, and whether you need A4 or A3. If you are not sure, the rental calculator will estimate it from your team size. With those details we can normally confirm a device and a current rate the same working day.
